Our production workflow covers material selection, forming, sintering, CNC diamond grinding, lapping, polishing and dimensional inspection. Customers work with one accountable supplier from sample review to batch production.

Powder Blending

Controlled powder preparation with certified raw materials. Particle size analysis and batch traceability records maintained for every production run.

Forming & Pressing

Dry pressing, isostatic pressing, and extrusion forming methods. Near-net-shape production minimises machining allowance for complex geometries.

Sintering

Computer-controlled sintering furnaces for alumina and zirconia components. Process records and density checks support consistent batch quality.

CNC Grinding

Diamond wheel CNC grinding centres for OD/ID, surface, and profile grinding. Tolerances to ±0.005mm routinely achieved for standard dimensions.

Lapping & Polishing

Single-side and double-side lapping for flatness ±0.001mm. Polishing to Ra ≤0.05μm for seal faces, bearing races, and optical-quality surfaces.

Inspection & QC

CMM dimensional inspection, surface profilometry, and material testing. Dimensional reports and material certificates issued with every shipment.
